ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Christy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work a flexible Pacific Time Zome schedule
- Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health within 60 days of employment

Compensación: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman.
- Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM’s can work 8:30 – 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 – 5:30 with half hour lunch.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1994.
- We currently have 15 team members at our agency.
